This is consistently the worst Starbucks I've been to. The drinks always come out different when other stores give me the exact same order. Based on responses from an employee it sounds like they don't understand how to read the tickets they put on the cup. My friends have coined this "evil Starbucks" and this is the last time I'll give them another shot.

This specific Starbucks can never seem to get the order right unless its black coffee. Almost like the employees just don't care. On 3/6 I went through the drive through, asked for a caramel iced coffee, light cream, no ice. I received a cup that had more cream than coffee and no caramel at all.

There have been multiple times where I ordered a matcha on the app and they made the wrong drink and put my name on it (the sticker clearly has the correct order on it but it is the wrong drink). Sometimes I have my coworkers pick it up for me so I can’t even ask for it to be remade. I end up throwing my drink away because I don’t drink coffee in the afternoon. I’ve only had it happen at this location on Roselle and Wise Rd.

This starbucks prioritizes the drive through orders over inside orders. I watched at least 6 cars go through the drive thru and get their orders before I got my tall iced coffee. Waiting 10 minutes for a tall iced coffee is ridiculous. Also a customer that ordered after me got their drink before me, explain how that happens??? Normally this wouldn’t bother me so much but this delay made me late for an appointment. This location is unorganized and not focused on good customer service. I don’t think I would return even if I was in the area. Theres is a much friendlier starbucks further down the road.

I recently visited this Starbucks and had a great experience from start to finish. The store was clean. The atmosphere was really pleasant. There was a calm, cozy vibe with soft music playing in the background, making it a nice place to relax or get a bit of work done. It felt welcoming without being too busy or loud. What really impressed me was how fast my order was prepared. Even with a few people ahead of me, the staff worked quickly and efficiently. My drink came out just right — hot, fresh and exactly how I asked for it. Overall, this Starbucks really stood out for its cleanliness, friendly service and quick preparation. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable coffee spot.
